Be sure to provide and double check the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address due to a mistake on your end. However, if you accidentally order using the wrong address and your order has yet to ship, please contact us immediately so we can cancel or update the shipping information.
*Please note: if an order has been shipped before you reach out/we receive your email, we will submit a request to have it rerouted to the appropriate address however we cannot guarantee FedEx will update the address in time.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked as "unclaimed" or "return to sender", or has been deemed as undeliverable for any reason by the shipping provider, we can process a new shipment to the proper address or process a refund.
