Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of each business day, however, this may be longer during large sales, promotions, product releases, and holidays. A business day is considered as Monday through Friday, and do not include public holidays and weekends.
Shipping delivery time varies depending on the method, destination, and shipping provider. Below is the typical shipping delivery time based on the given information from the shipping providers. We DO NOT guarantee the shipping provider will deliver your order within these delivery speeds.
- Priority Mail: 1-3 business days.
- Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days.
- Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days.
- Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days.
2. ORDER TRACKING
After your order has been fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email or sms message with tracking information. Please keep in mind the tracking information typically does not update and will not show any information for up to 24-48 hours until the shipping provider has scanned your package.
3. INCORRECT ADDRESS
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked as "unclaimed" or "return to sender", or has been deemed as undeliverable for any reason by the shipping provider, we will notify you by email or sms message.
Once the package has been delivered back to us we will process a new shipment to the proper address or process a refund. Please see our refund policy for further information on refunds.
Be sure to provide and double check the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address. If you accidentally order using the wrong address and your order has yet to ship, please contact us immediately so we can cancel or update the shipping information. If the order has already shipped, please submit a package intercept request to USPS immediately via https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm
4. LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package. We recommend watching the provided tracking information on the day of delivery to receive the package in-person at the time of delivery.
You will receive an email or sms notification when the package has been delivered. If you cannot find your package please due the following:
- Check anywhere at the delivery address where the package may have been hidden by the shipping provider.
- Check with your neighbors to see if they may have received the package.
- Check with your local post office to see if they may have the package.
If all else fails, immediately submit a missing and lost package claim with your local post office. Once you have done this, please contact us with proof of the claim; if the claim has not seen any changes within 48-72 hours we will reship your order.
5. INCORRECT & DAMAGED ORDERS
While we do try our best, we're all humans who make mistakes! Do not worry, we will get you taken care of! Please send us a clear and visible image(s) with good lighting showing the incorrect or damaged product along with the full view of the packing slip provided in your order.
